    Out of the friend zone

I had a guy best friend like Blaine and Tam and I understand the fear of losing that relationship. I also could imagine that relationship turning romantic and becoming something dreams are made of. Ours did not but that kind of relationship is the epitome of being friends first. Asking Blaine to be her pretend boyfriend might have been her best and worst idea ever! Talk about complicated! Finding their way through that might be impossible!I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

    Winning the Cowboy Billionaire

Olivia owns her own perfume and candle business. The ranch next door is owned by family who breeds and raises race horses. Spur is the oldest brother. Olivia needs a fake boyfriend for a business grant. Spur steps up for the boyfriend role but discovers he don’t want the relationship to be fake

    Sweet and clean read.

This is another very enjoyable story in this series. It was very moving and captivating. It was hard to put down until the very end. The only down was Beth was very frustrating in that she was way behind in everthing but kept refusing help. Her pride was definitely her down fall.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

    AWESOME STORY!

I really enjoyed this story which focuses on Trey and Beth’s life/love story. This is such a realistic story about two people who have lots of family (which means lots of drama to deal with!) and an adorable six year old (who is Beth’s son) who can’t help but to melt everybody’s heart and actually is very important in the bringing together of Trey and Beth, and their two interesting families. The story could be happening right now in real life….perhaps yours? I highly recommend this book written by an excellent author.

    Tamara and Blain‘s Story

Once again Emmy comes up with a sweet story with likable characters.I enjoy when both of the main characters can take their share of the blame when things go south. And of course they do. Can’t be sickening sweet all the time right.Billionaire Brothers do seem to have issues just like the rest of us. But darn if even the secondary characters aren’t easy to like also. Can’t wait for the next in this series. If there was any drawback to this story it’s having to wait for the next one to get some answers. And hopefully a wedding for these two.Very enjoyable read and safe for all ages. Unless kissing bothers your senses.Just after reading this story I got an advertisement email about the perfect gift for someone you love.“car mats” now you will read the book just to see where this fits in the story ???? it did crack me up though getting that email.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

Book 2 in the Bluegrass Ranch Series

Sometimes being best friends leads to the best relationships. Tamara Lennox and Blaine Chappell lived as best friends, and she always lends a hand when he needs it. But sometimes old feelings lead to trouble. Read this book to find out how things turn out for the two after he pretends to be her boyfriend when her ex comes to town. I enjoyed the plot line and the characters. I definitely recommend reading the books in order.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

    Loved the book

I loved the book because it was about cowboys, even though the ranch was in Kentucky…..cowboys are cowboys everywhere, aren’t they??? Ollie and Spur had a hard time getting together…I’m guessing it is just as hard to fall in love as you get older, just like it is when you are young….when the end of the book is there, you just give a good long sigh and be thankful it all worked out like it was supposed to ! ! !

Can Spur be my book boyfriend?

Eek! Such a swoon-worthy relationship of convenience. I love how the author evokes the sense of smell and uses those memories of smell to evoke ideas, feelings, and setting!I really enjoyed reading about a cowboy from near the knob hills. She did a lovely job of evoking the gentry and strength of those people!I want Spur as my boyfriend. Sigh! Olli was a sweetly identifiable heroine.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I enjoyed the story of Blaine and Tam it is kind of funny that you can have a friendship so long and not look past that. Then when you open your mind to other options it can change your life totally.

    Roping the Cowboy Billionaire

This is book 2 of a series and can be read as a stand alone book but you’ll enjoy it more if you read the previous book in the series. A wonderful, sweet story with so much great romance you find yourself getting swept up in the story and continuing to turn the pages unable to put the book down. Tamara and Blaine are wonderful and intriguing characters that add great element to the story. Their journey to HEA is an amazing read.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Best friends try for more, YES PLEASE!!

Can two people who are best friends take it to the next level? It should be easy, problem is he never looked at her that way. This has a lot of crazy emotions and is a bit of a rollercoaster I LOVED it. Tam or Tamera is a strong independent woman and I LOVE that, Blain is insecure and unsure of himself in a lot of ways, the endears him to me!! But they have so much rich history and know each other so well, throw in some exes and this story got so interesting! It is a clean read, so not worries there. I am loving this new series, you do not have to read the first book to know be able to enjoy this one, but I sure would, it is also GREAT!!I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Another great story in the series, that being said, as in real life the people in this book took some getting used to. At first they seemed awkward and not suited to each other but as they work through their issues on the way to their HEA, you will soon warm to them. Don’t miss this one.

    BEST FRIENDS

I really enjoyed this story, the way it was put together seemed original. I could see it happening for real. Life doesn’t go smoothly all the time just because you love someone. There are bumps in the road and jealousy to test the relationship, like Blain and Tam experienced. I felt a softness throughout as I read. I hope everyone who reads this book will feel what I felt as I read it.

    Bluegrass love

A delight story of neighbors in bluegrass Kentucky finding love right next door. Olivia Knows her scents, creating sought after candles and perfumes. But to expand her business she needs to have a man in her life to get funding. And who should show up trying to corral the stampeding sheep in her yard, but handsome, wealthy neighbor Spur. Ahh, the romance that follows.

    Sweet and clean.

This is proving to be an enjoyable series. The couples have their ups and downs but manage to work it out in the end. Her books are well written and easy to follow. They are also very captivating and hard to put down. I’m not sure I like that this one gets you captivated for the next one and now I have to wait to read it. I may read other books before I get to read Trey and Beth’s story so I have to go back to this book and try to find the parts about them as I have forgotten what’s going on by then. It might be nice if she included that at the first of the book.

    Zing after all these years

I loved Spur and Ollie’s fake to real relationship. His interactions with his family were so realistic! Excellent clean read

Trey and Beth’s story is a continuation of the series about this family of brothers. GREAT thing is if you haven’t read the first two, you can still enjoy this one. BUT I am LOVING this series. Ms Eugene wrote them all three to be in VERY different situations, and I am LOVING them all. OK So Beth Dixon is a widow, and Trey loves next door. Beth’s son shows up a lot a the Horse facility that Trey and his brothers run, so Trey starts to like Beth after taking the boy home.. Well long story short Beth comes up with a crazy scheme that requires her to be married. She asks Trey. Anyway can they find their way to true love and happiness?? I love that they both have faults and no one is perfect. TJ is the little boy, he is a fun little addition to the story. I love the glimpse into horse racing in this one. all around if you like a sweet clean story, this is the one for you.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Is the Sweetheart Classic just for the horses?

Oh my goodness! This a another fake wedding with people who like each other but don’t want to admit it. Beth is a widow, drowning in debt, and trying to keep her ranch. She has the solution, win the Sweetheart Classic and get $500,000 in prize money. Only problem is the horse must be owned by a married couple.Trey has liked Beth for month and has asked her out but she always said no. He’s been helping at her ranch after she has a serious hand injury. The day after turning Trey down again she asks him to marry her so that her horse can be entered. Ups and downs, twist and turns aplenty, but an enjoyable read.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This author really knows how to keep the reader engaged in the story. I could feel the emotions of both Did and Olivia. I loved that Spur wouldn’t give up on Olivia when there was a missunderstanding.

Tam and Blane’s up and down story

Tam and Blaine have been best friends for decades and while they each want more neither has taken that first step. Blaine overthinks everything so impulsive moves are out but recently he has been obsessing over Tam. Ranch work and his brothers keep him busy but… When Tam calls him after being in a car accident with a slightly confused memory Blaine rushes to her side. The rest as they say is an up and down done deal. I loved Spur and Olli’s story in the first book and can’t wait to read the future books on the rest of the brothers.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

    Fated Pair

Trey and his family run a racehorse ranch. Beth and her son TJ live next door and have had it hard since her husband passed three years ago. With things falling apart, she wants to enter one of her horses in a race that has a huge payout, that would save them… but she has to be married. When Trey brings TJ home, she approaches him with the idea of a fake marriage – which just might be fate. The characters have weathered tough times before and are good together. The stress of the events and surprises happening around them keeps you on the edge of your seat. The good connection between the characters and the banter keeps the story a bit lighthearted so you can breathe. The ending was terrific.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

    Exceptional Read

Trey wanted to date Beth Dixon, but she did not know if she was ready to date yet or not after the loss of her husband three years ago, but she needed money for her ranch. She owned a horse that she thought could win the Sweetheart Classic, but she needed a husband, so she asked Trey to marry her. By the time they got married, they had true feelings for each other just not love yet. They had so many irons in the fire that they did not have anytime to devote to each other, which really hurt them a lot relationship wise. They never spent any time together one on one, they were always to busy doing for everyone else. All they did was hurt each other for the longest time. Also, there was a wonderful lead in to the next book about Cayden and Ginny.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

    Best friends and more…

Can be read as a standalone but so much more enjoyable having read the first book and been introduced to the characters. A guy agreeing to help his best friend and finally realising he feels a lot more for her. Both been hurt in the past and fumbling ahead trying not to hurt or be hurt again, and each their own worst enemy at times. Glad they got their HEA. I’m also loving the way each of these books gives the reader an introduction to the characters and circumstances for the following book. I do love a good series!I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Ah. This author and her cowboy books. I adore them! That’s the only bad thing about reading them as they get written – I can’t binge them all one after the other, and trust me, you’ll want to. These characters are so vibrant and each story hooks you well for the next book. A wonderful fake marriage trope romance. Loved it.

Sweet and clean modern day cowboy romance

This was an awesome story. Blaine and Tam are a wonderful couple. I love how they went from best friends to dating. It was good to see Spur and Ollie from the first good in this series as well as the rest of the Chappell family. I also enjoyed seeing some of Trey and Beth’s story and look forward to reading it when it comes out. This author knows how to write sweet, clean romance with sweet, clean heat. I love it.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

These stories were fun to read

Winning the Cowboy BillionaireI enjoyed this story very much. Olli is one strong woman who knows what she wants out of life. She has made in the world by herself. Then she has to come up with a fake boyfriend to move her business ahead. Spur is the eldest of his brothers and have no interest in getting involved with a woman ever again. But when his sheep took off and almost ran Olli down, he saves her. This is the beginning of a fake relationship, and can it turn real? No spoilers, you need to read to find out.Roping the Cowboy BillionaireI love how you got to get inside both Blaine and Tam’s heads. It is so true that people can overthink and find themselves losing the things that they love.My favorite parts of the book are when the author ties in the other brothers, so you are not left out by what is going on in their lives. Also, once the story moves from that brother, you are not left never knowing their future.I cannot say much more because I would be giving spoilers so I will just say, this was a fun story to read.Training the Cowboy BillionaireThe story about Beth and Trey was good. One can see why Beth has closed her heart to love. Trey is the typical man who just doesn’t read situations very well. I loved the interaction between Trey and TJ, they make me laugh. It was nice to see both of them overcome their fears and learn that life can also be happy.Parading the Cowboy BillionaireThis has to be my favorite story so far of the Chappell boys. Cayden and Ginny’s story really brought out the tears at times. It is funny how parents can manipulate you without you even being aware of it because you really want to please them. You think that they are doing it because of love.It had a hard time putting this one down and loved the ending. It was the best ending of the series so far.

Another excellent addition to the series. Fake marriage turns real. The characters in this case took a little time to pull me in, I just wanted to shake both of them, but in the end you’ll be pulling for them and the adorable little boy.

    loved it

Blaine Chappell and Tamara Lennox were best friends. So when her ex, Hanes, came back to town, she needed to show him that she was well over him. The natural choice for “fake boyfriend” was her best friend, Blaine. An added complication was the fact that Blaine has real feelings for her that could easily turn to something even stronger. Tam was hard to like at times because she asked Blaine to be her fake boyfriend, then be her friend’s fake boyfriend for a wedding, and then she wants to be with Blaine for real all the while working on making her ex jealous. She blew hot and cold so many times. Blaine wasn’t the most mature either kissing Tam in front of his ex to make her jealous

Spur and Olivia — a sweet clean romance

This is a very entertaining clean romance with humor, well developed characters, and a well written storyline. Olivia needs to get a grant for her perfume business but she also needs a man on her arm. Thanks to stampeding sheep, Spur her next door neighbor fits the requirement. He agrees to be in a fake relationship with her, but unexpected feelings erupt that neither were expecting. I love these box sets; four sweet stories, each featuring a Kentucky cowboy and his girl. The setting of Dreamsville was perfect, but the characters all had flaws and situations they had to overcome. If you’re looking for a set of stories to keep you company over a cozy weekend, this box set is perfect!

    Very Interesting!

I have read a couple of your books in this series and hope the next book is just as interesting as this book was from the start. It’s amazing how money can change how things can change, when he hadn’t given it much thought. I was happy when Trey decided to get back with Beth more so for her son.

    Fantastic book

I loved this book. Mostly I love TJ. He is the funniest little boy ever. Beth and Trey are great also.Trey has like Beth for a long time and has asked her out and she said no. So on the day she asked him to marry her he was shocked. He did but can they make this fake marriage for money and a race a real thing. That is hard to do with a kid and two big family and stuff always getting in the way. Which is what makes this book so fantastic. It is a most read book out of this hole series.

    Meant To Be

Blaine and Tamara have been friends for twenty years and had common interests in horses. He tended to them medically and she crafted saddles. They had been there for each other and each had feelings that never seemed to time out right. He pretends to be the boyfriend when her ex comes back to town and they soon find that is not enough. The characters are terrific and feel just like your best friends, too. The twists and surprises throw them for a loop a few times, but they never really waver in what they want. Hoping the next story in the series gets them together permanently.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

    Exceptional Read

Blaine and Tam had been best friends since high school. They told each other everything and there was nothing they would not do for the other. Tam’s ex-fiancee was coming back to town, and she wanted Blaine to pretend to be her boyfriend, so the ex would leave her alone. Blaine was afraid it would ruin their friendship. These two went through many ups and downs, twists and turns on their way to a happily ever after, that never did start with a pretend boyfriend. You also be introduced to Trey and Beth the next Chappell couple seeking love.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

    It Takes Work

This is a good and enjoyable read. As is shown in this novel, relationships take work. Each person has to give. The love is this novel is great with the mixed emotions, times that finding words can be difficult. Friends or more

Blaine Chappell was in charge of all the medical care on his family’s Kentucky horse farm. His friend of 20 years was Tamara Lennox. Tam created handcrafted saddles. They had a deal that if she turned 30 and neither was in a relationship, they would try something romantic. She was in an accident and called Blaine to come help her. She was in the hospital and he took care of her for several days afterward. This was the beginning of their change in relationship. Her ex-fiance had come back to town and she asked Blaine to be the fake boyfriend. Things were never fake. There were lots of ups and downs in their relationship. One day she called the whole thing off, and told him she never wanted to see or talk to him again. What happens next? Will they be able to repair their relationship?I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
